Anayasa ve yasalar raflarda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece hi\u00e7bir derde deva olmuyor. O \u00e7ok ele\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n 2. Maddesi \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti demokratik, l\u00e2ik ve sosyal bir hukuk devletidir\u201d, 10. Maddesi \u201cHerkes, dil, \u0131rk, renk, cinsiyet, siyasi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, felsefi inan\u00e7, din, mezhep ve benzeri sebeplerle ay\u0131r\u0131m g\u00f6zetilmeksizin kanun \u00f6n\u00fcnde e\u015fittir\u201d, 24. maddesi de \u201cHerkes, vicdan, dini inan\u00e7 ve kanaat h\u00fcrriyetine sahiptir\u2026 Kimse, ibadete, dini ayin ve t\u00f6renlere kat\u0131lmaya, dini inan\u00e7 ve kanaatlerini a\u00e7\u0131klamaya zorlanamaz; dini inan\u00e7 ve kanaatlerinden dolay\u0131 k\u0131nanamaz ve su\u00e7lanamaz\u201d diye yazar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anayasa\u2019da yer alan bu maddeler g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131m\u0131zda uygulansa ve devlet b\u00fct\u00fcn inan\u00e7lara e\u015fit mesafe dursa, hakem rol\u00fc oynasa T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de inan\u00e7sal ya da etnik kimlikler \u00fczerinden ne bug\u00fcnk\u00fc gibi bir tart\u0131\u015fma ne de kutupla\u015fma olur, tam tersine e\u015fit yurtta\u015fl\u0131k \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar! Nitekim bug\u00fcne kadar ya\u015fananlarda g\u00f6rd\u00fck ki, kimlikler \u00fczerinden demokrasi in\u015fa edilemez, hangi din olursa olsun, dinden, hele hele siyasalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir dinden asla demokrasi \u00e7\u0131kmaz! Ya\u015fayarak g\u00f6rd\u00fck ki, etnik ya da dini kimlikler \u201ce\u015fit yurtta\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u201d yerini ald\u0131k\u00e7a kutupla\u015fma, gerilim, \u015fiddet ve sava\u015f ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz oluyor; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7ok bilinen \u00f6rneklerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Ortado\u011fu\u2019da ve Balkanlarda ya\u015fananlar gibi, \u015fimdilerde de Slavlar aras\u0131nda, yani Ruslarla Ukraynal\u0131lar aras\u0131ndaki ya\u015fanan sava\u015fta oldu\u011fu gibi\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kimlikler a\u015f\u0131lmadan, e\u015fit yurtta\u015fl\u0131k sokakta, fabrikada, okulda, b\u00fcrokrasi de i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmeden, ma\u011fduriyetler bitmez, T\u00fcrkiye asla ilerlemez ve kimlik tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak s\u00fcrekli geriler!
D\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc y\u00fcksek teknolojiyi, yapay zekay\u0131, ak\u0131ll\u0131 kentleri, s\u00fcper ak\u0131ll\u0131 toplumu konu\u015furken, akl\u0131 ve bilimi \u201cunutan\u201d 2022 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019sinde bizim halen inan\u00e7lar ve kimlikler \u00fczerinden bir tart\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor olmam\u0131z da bu \u201cgerili\u011fi\u201d i\u015faret g\u00f6steriyor! 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011fi biterken, Cumhuriyet\u2019in ikinci y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131na aylar kalm\u0131\u015fken kimliksel sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmek ve art\u0131k geride b\u0131rakmak gerekirken, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm gibi sunulan ama asl\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan ve d\u00fcn\u00fc temsil eden yakla\u015f\u0131mlar tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bitirmek bir yana derinle\u015ftirdi\u011fi i\u00e7in bu akl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda olan herkes i\u00e7in bir zule d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ve cemevi tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n bir kahraman edas\u0131yla \u201cK\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde\u201d kuraca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan etti\u011fi \u201cAlevi Bekta\u015fi K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Cemevi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d \u00f6nerisi tam da b\u00f6yle bir \u00f6rnektir. Erdo\u011fan hep yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, sorun \u00e7\u00f6zer gibi yap\u0131yor ama ilk d\u00fc\u011fmeyi bilerek ve isteyerek yanl\u0131\u015f ilikliyor. B\u00f6yle olunca da ondan sonraki ad\u0131mlar\u0131n hi\u00e7bir h\u00fckm\u00fc kalm\u0131yor! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Alevilerle ilgili sorunu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcp, tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 bitireceksen \u00f6ncelikle Alevileri ger\u00e7ekten e\u015fit yurtta\u015f olarak g\u00f6receksin. Bunun birinci ve belirleyici ad\u0131m\u0131 da, istisnas\u0131z b\u00fct\u00fcn Alevilerin ve de yarg\u0131n\u0131n (hem Yarg\u0131tay\u2019\u0131n, hem de A\u0130HM\u2019in) ibadethane olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Cemevini t\u0131pk\u0131 Cami, Kilise, Sinagog ve Havra gibi bir ibadethane olarak kabul etmekten ge\u00e7er! Yarg\u0131tay\u2019\u0131n \u201cbir mekan\u0131n ibadet yeri say\u0131l\u0131p say\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcnhas\u0131ran o inanca tabi insanlar\u0131n taktirinde bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r“  belirlemesine ve \u201cAlevi inanc\u0131na mensup insanlar\u0131n\u0131n inan\u00e7 ve ibadet merkezlerinin cemevleri oldu\u011fu, Alevilerle birlikte t\u00fcm toplum kesimleri taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilmi\u015f bir olgu ve ger\u00e7ekliktir\u201d karar\u0131na ra\u011fmen Cemevini bir ibadethane olarak de\u011fil, bazen \u201ck\u00fclt\u00fcrevi\u201d bazen de \u201cc\u00fcmb\u00fc\u015fevi\u201d olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcrsen,\u201d\u0130slam\u2019da cami ve mescit d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir ibadethane yok\u201d dersen, sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaz! Nitekim Erdo\u011fan tam da bunu yap\u0131yor ve bu y\u00fczden bilerek ve isteyerek Cemevi ile ibadethane kavram\u0131n\u0131 yan yana getirmiyor, Alevili\u011fi de sanki \u201cturistik bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f\u201d gibi K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bir \u201cDaire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor, Cemevlerinin ayd\u0131nlanma, su ve bak\u0131m giderleri gibi giderlerinin de kamu kaynaklar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 da bir l\u00fctuf gibi sunuyor. Oysa Alevilerin birincil sorunu, ne cemevlerinin elektrik ve su sorunu, ne de imar sorunudur, Alevilerin birincil sorunu hem yasalar hem de g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda e\u015fit yurtta\u015f kabul edilme sorunudur! Bu dayatmac\u0131, dikte ettirici ve \u201ctarif edici\u201d yakla\u015f\u0131m bitmeden T\u00fcrkiye normalle\u015fmez, tart\u0131\u015fmalar bitmez…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NORMALLE\u015eMEK \u0130\u00c7\u0130N<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00fcrkiye normalle\u015fecek, hukuk ve demokrasi yeniden ayaklar\u0131 \u00fczerine dikilecekse, at\u0131lacak ad\u0131mlar bellidir:
1)Herkesin inanc\u0131n\u0131 ve kimli\u011fini oldu\u011fu gibi kabul etmek. Kimseye kendi inanc\u0131n\u0131 ve kimli\u011fini tarif etmemek!
2)Neredeyse \u201cc\u00fczzaml\u0131\u201d bir hale getirilen laikli\u011fi yeniden hat\u0131rlamak ve devletin hakem rol\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlenerek b\u00fct\u00fcn inan\u00e7lara e\u015fit mesafede durmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak!
3)T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u201cfarkl\u0131 olan\u201d, e\u015fit yurtta\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyen herkesin ma\u011fduriyetler ve ac\u0131lar ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 unutmadan, ma\u011fduriyetleri ve ac\u0131lar\u0131 yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak yerine ortadan kald\u0131rman\u0131n yollar\u0131n\u0131 bulmak!
4)Cumhuriyeti demokrasiyle ta\u00e7land\u0131rmak i\u00e7in dini de\u011fil akl\u0131 ve bilimi kullanma cesaretini g\u00f6stermek!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
